Yoga Props Yoga props are tools which help achieve correct alignment and balance in a yoga pose. Props help less flexible people get comfortable in certain yoga poses and allow them to get the full benefit of those poses. Mat A yoga mat helps keep hands and feet from slipping. Don't slide too far into a split! Block A yoga block provides extra height and support when flexibility is limited. Strap A yoga strap helps to reach parts of the body. Mats, blocks and straps are available for purchase at the studio.
