Intermediate Level Yoga Sample of Poses We Work On
Intermediate Yoga Class Description 6-week class This class covers yoga poses and their variations in more detail than the other classes and includes some challenging poses such as sirsasana (headstand), padmasana (lotus), urdhva dhanurasana (full backbend or upward bow) and sarvangasana (shoulderstand).
