Beginner Class - Sample of Poses Taught
Basic Beginner Yoga Class Description 6-week class The same sequence of basic yoga postures, yogic breathing techniques and relaxation will be followed each class. The repetition prevents the student from becoming overwhelmed and allows new students to become very familiar with about fifteen poses.
